  Studio Resistance Training  

(1 day course)

The trend in studio resistance training is increasing and this course will give you the skills to devise and teach a wide variety of studio based resistance classes to music. Learn how to effectively plan a session using barbells, dumbbells and bands. The unique format of this course allows you to develop your own creativity and style of body conditioning using music. It is recommended that you have 6 months teaching experience and are accustomed to using free weights.

Prerequisites for this course:

  • It is recommended that you have 6 months teaching experience and are accustomed to using free weights
  • This course is designed for students who are qualified fitness instructors

Successful completion leads to a Certificate of Attendance with Northern Fitness and Education

Register of Exercise Professionals - 10 CPD credits
