This fun workshop is designed for qualified aqua teachers and it will introduce you to the fun world of circuits and show you how to make your current class structure more creative.  The day incorporates theory and practical workshops using a variety of circuit training techniques and styles. It will also look at classes with and without specialist equipment.

Prerequisites for this course:
