  Core Stability & Stability Ball Training  

(1 day workshop)

This workshop looks at core abdominal training and how to introduce a stability ball into your training sessions.  It looks at the theory behind core stability and functional stability ball training and addresses muscle imbalance and flexibility. It will also address contraindications for stability ball training.  By the end of the workshop you will know how to devise and teach safe and creative ‘ball’ exercises for a wide variety of clients.

Prerequisites for this course:

  • This course is designed for students who are qualified fitness instructors
  • Strongly recommended that studentshave been teaching for 6 months prior to attending

A Certificate of Attendance will be awarded by Northern Fitness and Education

Register of Exercise Professionals - 9 CPD credits
