  Advanced Stability Ball Training  

(1 day workshop)

This workshop builds on basic stability ball training and looks at how to progress basic exercises.  Learn advanced ball exercises and incorporate them into your personal training sessions or studio class.

A challenging workshop that includes core, stability ball, back and shoulder stability.

Prerequisites for this course:

  • It is recommended that students have undertaken Core Stability training and have 6 months teaching experience
  • This course is designed for students who are qualified fitness instructors

A Certificate of Attendance will be awarded by Northern Fitness and Education

Register of Exercise Professionals - 10 CPD credits
